Viva Las Vegas!!! GN$ STYLE!!!

Fresh off another trip to Vegas. All in all to recap everything, we had fun but the industry was visibly shook by the recent turn in the economy. Business was getting done but the shows are down over 40%. In this market it seems only the strong are surviving. Protein shake anyone?

Visibly a lot less traffic then usual.

The show is normally in the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.  This year it was empty and everyone was in the North Hall.  Scary.

With the market kind of jammed up we elected to hit the road rather then hitting the tradeshows. Don't get me wrong the shows have been good to us in the past but it's a different market now. We got a bit of a new strategy coming into affect as you will see in next few months.

We threw a party at TABU inside MGM on Monday coined Sneaker Savvy. A little unity event to break the ice Las Vegas style. TABU is a great venue to throw a more intimate event. Nice little industry party to get our minds right before opening day at the shows. Check the pics below.

Special thanks to Angel Management Group (AMG) & MGM Skyloft's for the hospitality. Looking forward to the next event!!! More on the Skyloft in a sec.

The Taipei side of GN$ showed up at about 12:30am fresh off a 12hr flight from Taiwan. Good to see all the industry friends and team. Shout out to Wilbur, Ben (dssnt), Conrad (G1 Arsenal), Jerry Meng (Greyone) & Brandon (GN$). We might have to make this a semi-annual event and do it like this every show!!!

Special thanks for all of our sponsoring brands that came thru. Rise Up Clothing, EZ, Skullcandy, Wild Leek!, Fully Laced, Breezy Excursions, IC3, Limb X Limb, Adapt. The gift bags were dope!!! Good looking fella's!!!!!!
